Ksig gives out bids throughout summer, it's one of those signs of not being a top house. The best chapters give out bids at Austin state as previously said

ksig will literally hand out bids to most kids. whoever can afford them will pledge. that's why ksig has a lot of weird/somewhat rich kids

Fiji/sae already have most of their rushees. Sig ep, kappa sig, ato, pike, and delt are all fair game for kids who didn't go highland parks/memorial hs or are ridiculously rich.

FIJI. SAE. Sig Ep. Kappa Sig.

And if you're cash strapped these are good for the price point:

Sigma chi, pike, and Omicron.

This kid is a tool. "good frats" that's laughable
There are about 8 respectable fraternities at Texas and it should be apparent to rushees who those are. Don't waste your time reading rankings on this website.
