Because they actually are... Delt and sigma chi are atrocious. Maybe you went to a bad mixer. Every mixer we had with them was fantastic.

Is the Tejas Club considered a frat? What's the difference between a club and a fraternity?

Tejas isn't a fraternity. Fraternities tend to be large national organizations with Greek letters, Tejas is just a group at UT.

Also you can be a member of Tejas and a general fraternity simultaneously.
