200+ members who are all white and whose annual dues are $7000 plus. Every member receives lunch and dinner Monday thru Friday

Fiji, SAE, SigEp, KSig

100-200 members. They will give bids to minority guys who seem to fit the mold. Dues vary from $3500-$5000. Members are not required to purchase a meal plan making it much cheaper for some members.

Delt, Sigma Chi, Pike, ATO

All 8 of these fraternities throw great parties, and I would not be disappointed to be a member of any of the above fraternities.

What happened to Phi Delt. They USED to be at the top. Now people are like, "Who?" Seriously, they were good 20-30 years ago. Why such a downward slide?

I doubt it at kappa sig, but I could be wrong. Fiji and SAE probably do though, but then again if you have to ask you aren't getting a bid.

Burning their house down (lot where the Quarters on 24th is) and using the insurance money for parties was the last straw, but they did so many other things that it's really hard to know for sure what did them in. My mom (Pi Phi '84) said they would hire strippers to mud wrestle during roundup, took rush trips to Boystown (a brothel in Laredo), and had their pledges go naked to mixers and formals.

All these fraternities were near the top in in past. All gone with the wind. All it takes is 1 or 2 bad pledge classes to slide into oblivion.
ps phi delt didn't burn their house down. They dwindled in numbers and their natl pulled their charter. House was never burned down.

Is not a real fraternity. They are not a 100 man chapter and they have alumni pay half their dues. They are nothing but poor kids and dirty mexis. No one cares about you. You are on the same level as phi sci and still are bottom of the barrel weirdos. No one thinks you are cool besides all the geeds you let into your party so it looks "big". When you have to mix with other fraternities like Sigma Saloon. You know you are a the complete laughing stock of the texas greek system. You guys have no tradition here. Just look at the people they put up for spirit organizations and you can just see how ridiculously goofy they are.
