very accurate description, but there are definitely non-whites in kappa sig sip ep and fiji and kappa sig and sig eps dues arent 7000+

Omicron probably. If you're a freshman now though and didn't pledge last semester, you can count on not getting a bid to one of those fraternities.

KA/omicron is the most southern. KA is based soley in the south, no northern chapters.

Most of the fraternities will have at least a few good guys, but the obvious "Big Four" are Fiji/SAE/Ksig/SigEp, AKA they have the best parties/most money

If you can't afford and/or get a bid at these there are still a lot of other good ones!

I looove some of the omicrons (upperclassmen, not the newest pc lol), sigma chis, and delts, but keep in mind these fraternities will have more of a "mixed bag" in terms of quality, in all honesty.

only someone in either fraternity would know exactly. ato, sx, delt, ks, and pike are all gonna be roughly $4k. theres alot of other things you have to pay outta pocket for and they add up. in reality its proly closer to $6k.
