Opinions on sororities

I don’t have any connections/friends/family in UT within sororities, I come from a small town here in Texas and I’m not Anglo. But I feel pretty fine with my physical appearance and attitude and I consider myself to be wealthy enough to pay for anything. Do I have chances of being accepted in a sorority? Sorry if I sound too stuck up, in just trying to be as realistic and honest as possible

yes you do! if you don’t have connections it’s crucial to go in with an open mind. our bottom houses are better than tops at most schools. no PNM is above any house

If you are prepared (rec letters, dressed appropriately, nice personality you’ll be fine during rush.
