What happened to Phi Delt?

They were a top house til mid/later 90's and then were closed by nationals for non-compliance of alcohol free housing and other issues. They were the first fraternity at Texas and have the most amazing alumni base. They started to climb again about 10 years ago but then were met again with issues with nationals. Phi Delt has suffered dramatically across the country due to this alcohol-free BS and has closed some of their oldest most prestigious chapters. Should serve as a warning to all of us that no house is untouchable. What a shame.
