Delt was good but not not considered a top house. Probably top 6.

DTD was lower top just like they are now. Fiji ,SAE and maybe KA were better. About equal with Sig Ep. Better than Kappa Sig or Sigma Chi. Lots of jocks.

Agree. It was just after ATO got kicked off and tops were Fiji, SAE, KA, with Phi Delt, Sig Ep and Delt following. Kappa Sig and Pike were pretty good too.
