See the most infamous UT GR TaBoO Post.

It slams all of the Chapter Officer's for skimming their bank accounts. An ongoing rampant problem of larceny at UT. Everyone is aware of it but does little or nothing. At least 1/3 of your Chapter dues will be skimmed by it's officers in some way.
