How are fraternity sweethearts chosen and what do they do? How are Spurs, Spikes and Wranglers chosen?
Can you be frat and spirit group sweetheart?

For fraternity sweethearts, basically they just pick different girls who hang out with them all the time and are well-liked by most of the guys. It’s really just an honorific. You get into some parties early, and you get bragging rights, but that’s pretty much the only benefit. Yes, you can be a sweetheart for more than one group. The only thing that’s really different is Spurs sweethearts. Spurs sweethearts are selected by older girls who are also Spurs sweethearts, and they generally select younger girls they like in their sorority/spirit group/org.

Thank you! I was wondering how it worked. It seems strange that the girls pick for Spurs, seems like the guys would want a say in who is representing them??? Are Wranglers and IronSpikes the same way?
Do they only pick sophomores? When are they chosen?

groupies is key term....girls who go to all their events and are well liked.
Silver spurs picked by older girls who are sweethearts in each chapter....often their little sisters
