It has already started with the distribution of a questionaire to audit members before the one on one interviews.

The first part of the survey is just GPA, major and extracurriculars. Then it gets more intrusive.

It is critical that we recruit men who are looking for a fraternity experience that is different, and this requires retaining members who are committed to the Balanced Man Program and a Substance-Free Facility. Those who are not aligned with the BMP and SFF and cannot model the way are detrimental to the success of the chapter. Which members do you think pose unacceptable risks to chapter’s success?
