Longhorn-if you were well liked-is a huge deal. So many kids went there and girls from there are in all of the sororities. Waldemar and Mystic are too but much smaller camps so way fewer girls get into UT so there just aren’t as many in Greek life. If you went to one of those and are well liked though they are still great for connections. As far as I can tell, they both definitely pull for girls they really like.

My mom actually said Waldemar used to be the biggest deal one and they all went PKT. It is tiny though so just not that many Waldemar girls go to UT any more and rush. Pretty many still in PKT and popular ones were rushed hard by camp friends. Ones I know from high school and here who went loved it. Just way smaller than Longhorn.

For all practical purposes, Camp Honey Creek used to be Camp Arrowhead in Hunt, TX. My mom said back in the 70's and before, that Arrowhead girls were top camp picks just like the other popular ones. There was a land-owner dispute and it basically became (decades later) Honey Creek in a different location.

I went to camp honey creek. not going to say what sorority i’m in but there are a lot of chios that come out of there
