I've seen friendships AXO individuals have w/PiPhi, KKG, XO. Yet I don't see them w/Theta, TriDelt or ZTA. It's like they knew each other from camp or either being roommates.

Yes, they are. I know some absolute dolls in AXO. But they are not top tier and even they know it. They and APhi, maybe DG, are good alternatives for girls cut from Big 6 and for quite a few girls who don't really care about Big 6 anyway. It is so hard for some people to understand that a great deal of people don't care, probably about the same number as those who do.
