People are not telling the truth on here. Maybe they just don’t know what dues are. Most are 7,000-8,000. Maybe Delt and K Sig are less, but I doubt it.

Phi Psi, Sigma Chi and Sammy are also good. Rho isn’t a national fraternity so how can you include them?

Rho has a bunch of Greeklife rejects now. It's just dead-end ACC kids and weird rich UT kids who got distracted by the house. Sorority relations are dwindling there. Not a real fraternity anymore, just a men's club.

I predict only Sig ep would consider that if they getting reviewed. The affiliation with the national fraternity has value. Parents are not enthusiastic about paying for unsupervised frats.
