Who had the best pledge class of fall 2013?
I heard Delt, and FIJI did pretty well and Phi Delt unexpectedly also did well.

I've heard Delt and FIJI did good as well but nothing with regards to Phi Delt

36 is great - and from what I know Phi Delt usually picks quality guys.

Is a decent fraternity with potential. They just need to get a bigger house and a separate property to hold parties. I wonder how the other phi delta Theta chapters (like ole miss) handle the dry housing policy.
