how to sign up for frat spring rush

How do you sign up to do spring rush for frats? Is there an actual form on the IFC website or do you just contact the rush captains directly?

What I would do:
1. Sign up on IFC website.
2. Be sure guys you know in frats are aware you are going through spring rush so they can put you in touch with the rush captain.

I want to spring rush a frat and I have signed up on the IFC website. How does it work? When does it start - should i get in contact with the frat houses?
