phi deta theta good?

Middle Tier here, but just about every other chapter they have in Texas is good

Mid of middle tier at best. Phi Delt was top at UT some years back, but they got kicked off. The above poster is correct, Phi Delt is good just about anywhere in Texas, except here.

For now. They are slowly crawling out of obscurity. Need to see their latest pledge class about whether they are going up or rolling back down. Phi delta theta and alpha tau omega as well as kappa sigma were all perennial powerhouses at UT. Seems like kappa sigma have been the ones to really get back on top with a lot of effort. Alpha tau omega are making progress too. Phi delta theta still has along stretch to go, but nationaldry policy is a definite handicap.

They are very down to earth guys. I'm in a core four sorority and we love mixing with them because they're actual gentlemen

Phi Delt along with Pi Kapp make up what is probably the lower middle tier. Phi Psi was in this group too, but are probably solidly middle as of last semester. They can't quite compete with the middle-middle tier houses like Phi Psi, ATO, Pike and Sammie, but are still substantially better than the semi-relevant lower tier houses like Acacia, Lambda Chi, Delta Sig and Delta Chi.
