spirit group ranking/ experience

I don’t want to join a frat but what do people know about spirit groups like iron spikes or wranglers or even Tejas. I’ve heard rumors about hazing and I don’t mind the mental stuff but I don’t want to do physical stuff. Also how do they rank in comparison to the frats. Any advice would be cool.
