dumb answers, don't you get tired? Obviously the fraternities with the most resources did the best like usual in getting their type of guy. Between them, you can't possibly distinguish who has the best PC so far because you just don't have the kind of information to decide that. Maybe by the end of the semester, one of them will distinguish themselves more.

Well, you can kind of tell because the top two or 3 give out bids to a lot of the same guys so the fraternity that gets most of these or a majority of them usually is considered
to have gotten "the best pledge class".
