You again??? Butt hurt with APhi for some reason??
They hit quota as usual and added tons of gorgeous girls. IF they are handing out COBs, every group hands out some to close friends here and there to fill spots from someone who decides they can't afford greek life, had to withdraw from school or whatever.
And if you're bringing up fake new nationals "drama" you are most definitely an old, bitter, jealous alum from a competing group.
JUST.STOP.

the real reason anyone COB's is because it's an opportunity to hand-select women that may have slipped through the cracks in formal, or women that didn't go through formal at all! idk why every chapter wants to pretend like COB is some taboo thing, half of the UPC chapters are under panhellenic total. meaning 7 chapters could be COBing. some don't because of pride, etc, but why would you not want to get your number up to total if you're under? it seems so counterintuitive to just not COB lmao yall do u tho

COB has nothing to do with making quota on bid day… It only has to do with House totals which are set after Bid day by the Panhellenic. So if the sorority has people who stay an extra year or decide to graduate early all of these things are what affect the house total. The rest of the people who don’t know what you’re talking about quit posting on here.

And in case you’re still not clear, a chapter can make quota and many of these did, and still give out COBs. I’m not even sure if the people who are posting on here are even UT students because surely you wouldn’t be that stupid. But some people to get on a checks written by mommy’s friends, so who knows..,

The COBs are a great way to offer sisterhood to well-deserved women. They go through an even more rigorous selection process. Any sorority that doesn’t COB is just limiting their own potential. If you’re part of the Greek community you should understand this, if you’re not...STOP trying to stir up trouble and put people against each other. It’s the immature onlookers that are alwYs so judgy about Greek life.
