Why should they try to diversify? There is no upside to it other than to appease people like you and thus change the experience entirely…..and why would they want to do that if the point of joining is a predictably curated outcome?

Go to a black sorority at UT and ask them why they have no white girls and if they’re honest they will say something like “celebrate their own culture”. And that is totally okay.

Campus is diverse enough. you don’t need to force your insecurities and issues down the throat of people who pay a lot of $$$ to celebrate their own culture, whatever that may be.

You sound like some crazy person asking why there are no Muslims in the Catholic Church. Go find a mosque.

The houses that "showcase" their diversity on IG are the ones that are most concerned about their lack of diversity and inclusion. They recognize their reputation as being non-inclusive and tokenize certain members to make their chapter seem more inclusive than it actually is......
