by: hookemwhy is there no diversity in chi o? Do they just not look at members who aren't white? out of the big six, they seem like the only ones that don't even try to diversify their pledge classes

They are all choosing girls they know and like. Nothing else. No one in any sorority is choosing based on race either way so no one was dropped because of race. Don’t use it as an excuse.
Honestly have you looked at the PNMs in general.? Not a whole lot of diversity there either.

There are Aidan’s and Hispanics rushing though. And the reason a team of some sororities intentionally cuts them after open house.

Just as per usual there is a fair share of girls who are not white that they liked. Not a Chi O but I have a lot of awesome friends and this criticism is nonsense. Good try

I guess they just couldn’t find enough smart, social, well-liked, non-white girls to make it into their pc 19. Maybe next year ladies!

The problem is that Panhellenic doesn’t offer summer parties for girls to attend. So the girls that get bids are girls that went to the Members previous HS and are friends. Ever house dirty rushes and invites their HS friends to stay with them. It’s a great way for the incoming freshmen to get to know other girls in the chapter. If Panhellenic offered every sorority 2 summer parties, for PNM this would help make chapters more diverse and girls that have no contacts in chapters a chance.
