top 8 fraternities?

They aren’t the most important thing as long as new house plans are set. Look at kappa sig, they only had a small lodge for 2-3 years while their bigger building was constructed and they stayed relatively the same in terms of rank. And then you got phi psi, who now has a house that rivals Fiji, and they’re still having the same issues they had 2-3 years ago, leaving them at the same spot in rank. It’s more about the reputation of the actives in the fraternity

That’s not really a fair comparison. KSig still had 75% of their current party space, just not a living area. Machi has no house at all. House plans can fall through, and decent houses are rarely built in less than a year.
It’s sad that Phi Psi has the nicest house but still no clue on how to get better PCs besides lying to PNMs and recruiting on GR

This is not true at all. If anything Fiji Sigep Ka & ZBT are upper top, and lower top is K Sig and Machi. K Sig is not worth the hype and most girls would agree Machi guys hang with more Thetas and Zetas than do K sig.

Machi wasn’t on the same level as KSig and KA even before dropping 40 and tearing down their house. KA is getting better but not really close to the quality of Sig Ep. With KA filling their pc so early this year it will be interesting to see if they just got every guy they wanted or if they bidded too many and missed out on some quality guys (Fiji/Rho/Sig Ep rejects)

The only big 6 sorority that Sigma Chi hangs with more is Zeta. Neither hang with a ton of PKT girls, but you’ll see a little more at KSig (mostly Kappa). PKT girls don’t venture much outside of Fiji, Rho, Sig Ep, and ZBT however most guys would probably prefer girls in big 6 sororitys outside of PKT if we’re being honest

This right here ^^ is the truth. K Sig is not better than machi and i’m not in either one of those frats it’s just hilarious to see the amount of K Sigs there are self ranking on here. Machi always has better parties and their brotherhood is more tight. Even then, it’s fair to include both of them in the top even without a house for Machi bc they’ll figure it out.
