re-rushers

Thinking about re-rushing? Didn’t like the houses you had left? Well think again. All sorority girls know when you’ve already rushed and unless your best friend is on the recruitment team of a chapter, you don’t stand a chance. (This doesn’t apply to sophomores who have never rushed). Re-rushing is super frowned upon within certain chapters a lot of sororities here will cut you if you’ve already been cut from them. If even the bottom houses are willing to cut you, then the top ones will too. To PNMs rushing for the first time, don’t drop with the hopes of re-rushing. It rarely ever works out and you’d be happier at a place that never cut you.

This is so true ... But if you do drop and make friends throughout the school year you may become friends with recruitment team people and could re rush and they may take you. your chances are just pretty low to re rush unless you make and meet a lot of new friends.

I dropped out of rush last year when I only had middle/ bottom houses left and I honestly regret it. I see my friend who are in the houses that I dropped posting about big little, date events and formals and I get Fomo. I’m re-rushing and I don’t think I’ll get one of the top houses I initially wanted.
