Fiji-huge house, solid set-up for parties, great history, not the best looking

Phi Psi-the nicest house inside and out, not at all what a frat house should look like, not a great party layout

KSig-living quarters looks like a dorm but is nice, lodge is great for parties

SigEp-best looking traditional exterior, large property, decent party space

KA-could be very nice with some renovations, a little smaller than other houses, pretty bad party layout
ZBT-not a great house but the pool makes up for it

Delt-kinda cool hunting lodge vibe, not great for parties, location is horrible

Sammy-dingy and small, ok party set-up

Honorable mention:

lambda chi-house is abysmal, but the backyard is pretty cool
