I'm in one of the big six sororities, and while a good amount of girls liked Sigma Chi, the purging of members and now the house being torn down has definitely hurt their reputation. Machi mixes with slightly lower tier sororities than KSig outside of the decent amount of Zetas at their events. The joint parties should be interesting, but it will probably limit yall's ability to improve. It will also be hard to win over PNMs after all of the drama, not having a house and with Sig Ep, KA, and KSig getting better over the last few years.
As far as ranks go, KA and KSig are a step ahead of Machi and Delt but not quite at the level of any of the top tiers. This years PCs could shake this up, but I dont think it will be in Machis favor.

I’m also in a big 6 and I do get what you’re saying. But also, Machi didn’t take as big of a blow as everyone assumes. They still had the best round up event hands down, really have been getting good rushees to sign, and have lost a few PNM’s as you said, but members werent “purged”, so you’re the one out of the loop. Nationals did their deed and removed guys, but those guys are literally getting initiated day 1. Get your facts right before you try to flex on us all here because wow. The good rushees are the ones who look beyond structural issues in every frat and actually look at the quality of guys. In which case, Machi is going to have the biggest house of all in 1 year and they have and will continue to have guys of a higher quality than those in Delt & K Sig. Machi has good connections with zeta and that’s all they need.

Machi, please stop self-ranking and trying to recruit PNMs through greekrank. Structural issues are 100% something important to consider when rushing, connections with one sorority are in no way indicative of a quality frat, and the house is probably going to take much longer than a year to complete. Zeta is also way closer with Sig Ep and some of the others than they are with Machi

I dont know who Zeta Psi is, but Im going to assume every tall guy I see on campus from now on is a brother there

Ok idk what events you’ve been to or who you’ve met but ANY girl in any relevant sorority would rank Machi above Kappa Sig & delt on any day. Not saying those other 2 arent good, maybe they’re all on one tier with Machi. But machi is certainly as good or better to girls.
