Totally get what you mean. Rush is “mutual” but only if the PNM has more invitations than there are parties in the next round. If you have a near-perfect rush, you’ll feel like you were in control of your destiny. If you have big cuts, you’ll feel like you had no control.
The only time it is mutual is ranking after pref where the PNM’s choice is given preference - assuming the house isn’t at quota before the PNM’s name appears on the bid list.
