“good pc”

What is considered a “good pc” is if just based off of looks?

I guess some chapters might think that is all that matters. Looks matter a bit to my chapter I guess, but personality, grades, and social skills matter at least as much. We take girls we like....even if that means passing on a prettier girl....and if we get most of them that we want, that is a “good” pledge class.
