I would have a tough time deciding between a colony and Omicron if I were a Rushee, much less any half-decent chapter. At least they have a larger alumni network than whatever part of the local KA's who still support them, and are less likely to collapse or fold in four years (not to mention their alums might just give the house to KA as soon as they come back). I'd say go Delt or Sigma Chi or a handful of other chapters unless your primary concern is undergraduate experience that may fall apart.
