Sigma Phi Epsilon - RICH BOYS, nice house, great parties
Texas Rho (dropped due to getting kicked off)
Zeta Beta Tau- Good, nice boys. Only met a couple of douches in this frat

UPPER MID
Kappa Alpha Order [KA] - Okay house, good parties, rich southern boys
Kappa Sigma [KAPPA SIG] - Okay house, cool guys, fun parties
Delta Tau Delta [DELT]- Cool guys and good parties
Sigma Chi - getting kicked off and are basically screwed (DROPPING FAST)

MIDDLE (interchangeable)
Phi Kappa Psi [PHI PSI] - Extremely nice house but dudes arent as cool as other middle tiers
Sigma Alpha Mu [SAMMY] Okay house, nice guys, good parties
Pi Kappa Alpha [PIKE] - Getting a new house, should be on the rise soon

LOWER
Lambda Chi Alpha [LAMBDA CHI] - Best of lower tier. Fun parties, cool backyard, but some guys are weird
BETA THETA PI [BETA] - On the rise, kinda cool guys, but they're a dry frat
Pi Kappa Psi [PI KAPP]- WEIRD GUYS. I cant emphasize that enough. Losing their house.
Phi Delta Theta [PHI DELT] - Losing their house, weird guys, on the decline.
