I heard Phi Delt is losing their house due to a buyout from an apartment. Is this true? And if so, are they getting a new house?

Honestly Phi delt is irrelevant anyways so who cares. There are wayy better frats to join at UT

yep they're losing the house and acacia is coming back and taking over the first two floors of the apartment complex
