is sigma chi top 6 ?

i would say the best 4 undisputedly are fiji/rho/sig ep/zbt. after that are ka/kappa sig/sigma chi/delt. personally i don’t think at Texas there is a top 6. top 4? sure. some might even say top 5 (if ka belongs in that top tier). but to try to rank a top 6 doesn’t make sense because really no other fraternities come close to those 4 or 5 in terms of money, popularity, or attractiveness

I'd say Fiji is the undisputed top house with SigEp/ZBT/KA a step behind (and probably in that order). I don't really think Rho can be a part of the discussion unless they stop bidding so many ACC kids
