What are the descriptions for the top fraternities like Fiji, rho, and sig ep and why are they top

They’re considered top based on tradition (long term reputation), who they mix with, looks/wealth/social abilities, parties, and their house among other things. Whoever is typically ranked higher is better at most of the things listed above. It’s hard to give a description of a whole house, so just go to rush events and you’ll get a feel for it
