PKT, Fiji and Rho are really in their own little bubble......ZBT, Sig Ep, and Chi O occasionally bump the bubble bit really those five hang together pretty exclusively.

Some Kappa krony has been putting them over PiPhi for a while now. They are a great house but no denying they are not the most attractive.

PKT basically rushes against each other so clearly a tier of their own. Pi Phi is below both Theta and Kappa. I personally think Theta is ahead of Kappa but those are the top two any way you look at it now and just depends on who you ask. And honestly all three have beautiful girls and also heavy girls. No one in PKT, Fiji, or SAE thinks Pi phi is top except Pi Phi.
Chi o, Zeta, and Tri Delta are rushing same girls so next tier. They are taking cute social girls just from different areas than PKT.
Alpha Phi first and then AXO get girls dropped by big six chapters
the rest get girls dropped by those 8.

It’s really more theta and pi phi rushing against each other and then kappa and chi o rushing against each other. theta and pi phi are both looking for the same types of girls; have money, nice things, from dallas/houston/big cities/etc, popular girls. Many girls had pi phi that had pi phi on pref also had theta on pref and vice versa. kappa and chi o are different in that they’re looking for nice, genuine girls and care less about their “image.” Many girls that had kappa on pref also had chi o and vice versa. There is an occasional girl that would have chi o and pi phi or theta or zeta on pref, but that is more rare. Most girls that have kappa on pref would have pi phi or theta if they didn’t have chi o.
Zeta mostly looks for super pretty blonde girls, and most are from the suburbs like this plano or southlake.
No idea what DDD looks for. Their pc is so broad and random.

Most freshmen girls at Pi Phi, Kappa, and Theta had two of those three left. There were a few with Kappa and Chi O but not that many. Chi O cut most of the girls who were from the camps or big PKT feeder schools first day honestly....didn’t even try to compete for them. So yes, Kappa competed for some of their small town top girls but really that is all the rushing against PKT Chi O did-although they are trying to make it appear different on here.
There are probably around 100 freshmen girls that all three really compete for and another 50 that are in the sure we will take list. Then there are some girls that Pi phi and Theta want but Kappa isn’t as interested in and that is where the Chi O small town overlap does show up a bit.

This is true to a point. PKT and Big 6 are definitely real, but there are girls who go into recruitment wanting others sororities. It's not like EVERY PNM aspires to Big 6 and settles if not chosen. Some girls actually choose AXO or Aphi or others over Big 6 because of friends and legacy status. Not shooting down Big Six at all, but it really misrepresents and makes the other chapter seem less when this happens on here. You see very few girls crying when running home to Alpha Phi or Alpha Chi or DG. Does it happen? Absolutely. Especially about girls who are built up to expect big six and are devastated when it doesn't happen. But lots of girls are happy where they land or never even aspired to be anywhere else
