do rec letters rlly matter?

So there are a bunch of sororities that I hope give me a chance, but I seriously am struggling finding a rec letter for them! What do I do if I want to be in ChiO, Aphi, DG, AEPhi, etc., but don’t have a letter? I’m so scared for rush week and that every sorority will dump me!!!

same! i can’t find letters for AXO or zeta but i really want t at least a chance

Some chapters don’t cut just because of red letters. I think aphi and zeta don’t. But it is always better to have one just in case.

You need a rec in order to get a bid for most chapters, but recs can magically appear if the chapter likes you. My chapter cuts anyone without a rec very early on, but we have written them for girls who make a great first impression during open house.

You and I both know that anyone in a chapter isn’t going to say since I gave very specific information about rush for my chapter.

the alum panhel group in a larger city near me helped me a bunch. find them on fb and ask if they can help you

Only some alum Panhellenic groups are helpful. Many areas of the country they are completely useless!
