So is there any hope for omicron to get their letters back and not fold? Cause I still hear good things about them.

If you like your odds of winning the lottery, then by all means rush hoping they get their letters back. They may survive, but they'll continue to decline I suspect, and the chances of reconciliation with their nationals is slim to none because it would set a really bad precedent for other chapters (and their nationals already tried to pull a fast one last summer when they were about to work it out). The only reason they've done alright in rush is because of their house, which they are constantly in jeopardy of losing, and the fact that they told rushees they were going to mend things with KA, which is never going to happen now.
