what are the differences between these three? ADPi and DG look similar on insta and all 3 seem to have similar reps?

this is whack man. KD and DG are tied...way more sweethearts and more involved on campus and mix with better frats. ADPis are really trying here tho. Ask anyone in Greek life (minus Adpis lol)
