Can someone rank the things that matter most when selecting new members?
I'm talking about things like: legacies, connections, recs, GPA, "zip codes", looks, composure
How do these things play into recruitment and how a house chooses its pc?

Pi Phi, Theta, and Kappa care wayyyy more about neighborhoods and high schools than TriDelt, ChiO and Zeta

Big 6 shouldn't be lumped together as one thing. The criteria between PKT and DDD, XO, and Zeta are pretty different.

Kappa snap bids more often than not. They got lucky last year for some reason. Guess the stars all lined up.

And as for the second part of your question, I feel like the Core 4 makes a genuine effort to see how they like you through conversations during rush. So many people want Big Six that there are little to no spots for girls who go into recruitment without someone pulling hard for them in those sororities. I've heard of Kappa and PiPhi snap bidding, but that's just a rumor. Can anyone on here verify that?
