“Blows”? I’m a dad and I’m a Pike but not from Texas. My son is headed to Austin as a freshman. I’d like him to join my fraternity, and I always heard the Texas Pikes were good. “Blows?!” What is the truth, please.

Thank you. That's very disappointing to hear. Maybe I should keep my son in Florida. I was always told Pike was top tier at UT. Maybe back in my day.

Don’t totally listen to what you read on here, Pike isn’t top tier but I do know some really cool guys that are pikes. Let your son rush around if he comes here and decide for himself where he fits in. Also don’t let him choose a school just based on their Greek Life.

What's your obsession with Sigep? Most decent frats are phasing-in a "substance-free house" policy. I'd wonder about any that aren't.
