Which fraternities and sororities generally interact together?

say. Most guys in the big 4 get along together pretty well. They have joint mixers with the big 6 all throughout freshman year with each other.

Not sure if other fraternities or sororities do this as well, but i'm sure they do

Top typically mixes with top, middle with middle/bottom, and bottom with bottom/middle.
