Phi Psi is rebuilding. Used to be a solid chapter. They are much better this year than 3 yrs ago, so they are moving in the right direction. Events like the Mason Ramsey one helps.

This just isn't true at all. More money and more people doesnt equal better. I guarantee that any top house at other schools is better than phi psi.
