st. stephens and st. andrews guys

Why have guys from St. Andrews and St. Stephens recently starting going SAE and FIJI? I thought that a lot of them are from Westlake and would therefore go Sig Ep. I know that these are the two most traditional old money high schools in Austin, but then why is it that just so recently these guys have started receiving bids to and pledging SAE/FIJI?
