if so what frats do spring rush (I'm thinking sig chi or sig ep) next spring

Not many top tier fraternities do spring rush, and honestly being a pledge during the spring kinda sucks for the top fraternities that do spring rush
Top: KA, Delt, Pike, Sammy, Phi Psi
Mid: Pi Kap, Lambda Chi, Beta, DU, and Phi Delt
Rest are pretty irrelevant for spring rush

The top ones start rush for the fall pledges in the spring
