very biased frat ranking

Not a huge fan of ranking frats base dont money and house
From all the different frats and frat guys I have been and met over the years here, I noticed that there is one thing money can’t bring to these new rising frats: tradition

So here it goes(not counting Rho)

KA ZBT Fiji SigEp: all have amazing traditions of their own that no other frats can copy. Not just rich group of guys, but with real personalities. I personally believe KA has the best tradition and group of guys.

Regardless of their financial power, they also have solid traditions that they adhere to. Ksig and SigmaChi with their new houses, will build newer and better traditions in no time. And yes I did put Pike above Delt. I find Pikes very loyal and capable group of men

Frats besides really dont have “tradition”
For example, PhiPsi has a new house and they are trying to imitate all the fancy stuffs the frats above are doing. But you can cleary get the feeling they are just average guys with money, nothing else. Girls will sure love going to their events but not because of the guys

And it is a damn shame PhiDelt is dying. Along with ATO those two frats had solid group of guys who proved their qualities without the help of financial power like PhiPsi had. ATO would’ve been near similar tier as Delt if they were still around
