how much are frat dues?

I heard like dues are 10k? Is this true or is it lower?

They’re only 10k for like Fiji, sig ep, rho level
Most are between 5-7k

Tops are 7k+. Phi Psi is almost 7k. Top Mid tiers around 6k. Mid like Lambda and Phi Delt are 2k.

It’s not that clear cut phi psi keeps raising dues cause they can’t pay for that house. There are top tiers like delt that are closer to 6k

That Phi Psi house is pretty impressive.Property taxes alone are probably 75 k a year.
