Chi O did not COB. Their national initiation is this week. They just have a longer new member period than most sororities. The girls getting initiated this week are the girls who received bids during fall rush.

I am NOT a Chi O but friends of mine across the country who pledged Chi O in August/September were just initiated. It is just when they initiate.
