sae vs. fiji

What's the main difference between the two houses? Coming from St. Stephens, I've been to rush events for both houses, and like most of the guys in both fraternities. But what would y'all say is the biggest difference between the two? Or are they pretty much the same kids just in two fraternities based on high school?
