thoughts on phi delt, lambda chi?

I am rushing in the spring semester and I’m interested in some middle/bottom tier houses. How are phi delt and lambda chi? Are either rising/falling?

Just find the guys you gel with and dopey about tiers. If you feel they are falling , be the one to bring them up. If they are rising, be the guy that adds to the come up.
