do upperclassmen stop going to house parties here?
by: wdawdJust curious. I go to UGA and a lot of the 3rd and 4th year brothers spend their time in bars instead of the house apparently. Wondering if it's the same case here. Just checked the instagram of some of the UT Austin chapters (Fiji and etc), and the guys looked pretty young like freshman young (I'm also a 1st year too and I can recognize one when I see one).

yeah, it's pretty common. a lot of the frat parties are filled with underclassmen, so campus bars (abel's and the local) are the go-to for upperclassmen. Also, dirty 6th is filled with underclassmen, so many upperclassmen go to west 6th since younger kids won't get in and it's filled with more people their age

Ah, it's the same over there too. There were a lot of cool upperclassmen brothers I've met when I spent my time in the bars in downtown Athens. They never show up at house parties, sadly.
