How do you get into cowboys/spurs? Also, what benefits come with being a member of either org?

You can just straight up apply if you want but you won’t get far unless you get put up for selection by an active who’s also in your fraternity. Pros are basically status/prestige, cutting lines on sixth street, and girls throw themselves at you.
