phi psi vs. delt spring rush

Delt is way above phipsi. This shouldnt even be a question.
Only thing better is PhiPsi’s house. If you are joining a fraternity bc of a house, you are dumb af
Quality of guys and traditions are much better in delt.
Just look a phipsi’s pledges, and then look at Delt pledges. There is a very visible difference lol

Delt is widely regarded as holding the bottom rung in the Top Tier, so to say that they're "way above" Phi Psi is an overstatement. Delt and Phi Psi competed heavily for pledges last Spring and this Fall, so your statement that there is a vast difference in quality between their pledge classes is BS. There is no disputing that Phi Psi is trending upward and that Delt, who let both Sigma Chi and KA climb above them in the pecking order over the last several years has lost a lot of its stature.

Nothing against them but phi psi dominates this website. They have nice house but no they are not competitive with delt nor will they be in near future. With that in mind rush both and if you get bids go where you fit in

I don’t really give a damn about either of these mid tier fraternities but since coming to UT I’ve noticed that Delt has been slipping up in rankings and Phi Psi moving up. Whoever is trying to flex Delt’s most recent pc should probably not bc y’alls fall 18s are by far the worst ones yet. Phi Psi y’all need to grow and throw bigger parties.
